Payments and Insurance
Our office is "fee for service". This enables us to customize our treatment specific to our individual patient needs. Our treatment is not based on what services we can get a "dental plan" to cover. We do accept payment from most dental plans, and will file claims as a courtesy. We expect the balance of any bill paid within 30 days of completion. our patients are aware of our fees prior to treatment. Dental plans are a nice way to defray the cost of concierge treatment.

We accept most dental insurance as a form of payment. We will file your claim the day of service. For major procedures, we are happy to file a pre treatment estimate on your behalf. We expect the balance of any bill payed within 30 days of completion.

New Patients
Considering trying our office but worried that your "Insurance" will not cover your visit? No problem.

Some dental insurance plans cover our fees for preventative services and some do not. The reality is, we have no way of knowing our solution is simple. Schedule an appointment for your first visit. We will file your insurance for you. If your dental plan does not cover our fee, you have a choice to pay the difference as our current patients do. If you do not feel that our service is worth the difference, we will waive the balance and cheerfully send your dental records to another office. We are confident that you will be pleased with our service.
